Olympus Has Fallen
If you are into the world being taken over, killing of the American president and a whole action packed movie then I highly recommend you watch this film (that's if you haven't already watched it).
This movie keeps you on the edge of the seat through it all, it may very
well be one of the top movies of the year.
The general story line is that there are rising tensions between North Korea and the it's Southerly neighbor, as per usual the U.S.A is providing troops for South Korea. The South Korean prime minister is in USA to discuss further their plans. While engaged in discussions all hell breaks lose (so to speak), when this Korean terrorist who master minds the take over of the white house and taking the president of USA and other high ranking officials as hostage. His plan is to annihilate America.
That's the basic outline of the story and it is definitely one of those movies that you need to watch .
However, a bit more thought should have been put into the movie because things in the movie wouldn't really happen in real life.
For instance, the president and other officials retire to the bunker beneath the white house in order to save themselves. However, in real life I think the Secret Service or whoever that protects the president would have had more brains and installed underground secret passage ways leading out of the white house for just such an instance.
Secondly the unidentified plane that enters should have been detected in the east coast way before it reached Washington D.C.
But overall it was a good movie.
